For all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday we can offer a next day delivery service. Orders placed by 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless there is a bank holiday, in which case delivery will be Tuesday. Saturday can be selected for orders placed by 3pm on Friday at an additional cost.

You should have received a return label with the pump. To arrange your collection once you no longer require our breast pump please call UPS at 08457 877 877 or book online. Ensure there are no other tracking labels attached to the box then place the label in a UPS shipping pouch. If you do not have a pouch, affix the label using clear plastic tape. If you have lost your collection label please contact our customer service team on 0161 776 0400 and we will be happy to help.

Pumps can be collected between Monday and Friday.

Generally UPS require 24hrs notice to book a collection.

If an error occurs you must contact our offices to discuss the matter, it may be resolved over the telephone, however if this cannot be resolved we will arrange an exchange of the pump.
